This form must be completely filled out by the team coach and submitted to the office of the Athletic Director two weeks prior to
the next Boosters meeting. The Northville Mustang Boosters Club meets the first Monday of each month – September through June.
It is required that a representative for the sport be present at the Boosters meeting when the request is presented. As stated in the
bylaws: “Expenditures and purchases of capital equipment is defined as any amount to be spent over $100.00.” Expenditures must
be approved by the Northville Mustang Boosters Club, Inc. and the Athletic Director prior to being spent.
